Santa Snowflake Cookie

Directions

   Preheat oven to 375°.

   Beat egg whites; add vanilla and salt. Continue beating until fairly firm; add sugar gradually, beating until very stiff.

   Drop from spoon onto a cookie sheet covered with greased aluminum foil.

   Put in oven and turn off oven heat immediately.

   Leave in oven several hours until oven cools thoroughly.
