  • 1 48 oz. Lau Randll's beans, drain or rinse
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 large cloves of garlic, chopped or diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. tomato salsa
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1-3 drops liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • bacon or ham (diced)

Directions

    Saute onions and garlic. Place in a bowl and mix in bacon or ham. Bake one hour at 350 degrees Makes 10-12 servings.
