- 1 large (53 oz.) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole, bean pot or slow cooker.

2Bake, uncovered, in a slow 325° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

3If using a slow cooker, bake, uncovered, on low for up to 4 hours.
