- 3 c. Bisquick
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar
Directions

1Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix (with hand) until you can roll into little balls.

2If mixture is too dry, add a small amount of milk to better shape balls.

3Place balls on cookie sheet and place in freezer until they harden.

4Store in plastic bags until ready to use.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown and crisp. Yields about 50 to 75.
