  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. finely chopped apple

    Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly with fork.

    Press lightly into greased ring mold, then turn out onto shallow baking pan.
