  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 c. biscuit mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Roll in balls about the size of a large marble (roll in palm of hand to make them tighter so they won't spread as much when baking).

    Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes or until brown.

    Makes approximately 175 balls.
