Sausage Balls

  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. pork sausage meat
  • 2 lb. sliced bacon

Directions

    In large bowl, mix Bisquick, cheese and sausage meat; add salt and pepper.

    Mix well and roll in small ball.

    Place in refrigerator half a day or night.

    Cut bacon in three strips and wrap each ball with a strip of bacon.

    Lap ends and stick toothpick in to hold in place.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
