Ingredients
- 2 lb. mild sausage
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Directions

1Cut sausage in 1/2 inch slices, then cut slices into fourths. Roll each fourth into a ball and place on a baking sheet.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3Remove from baking sheet and drain well. Place in a deep bowl.

4Bring sugar, vinegar and catsup to a boil in a small saucepan.

5Pour over sausage balls.

6Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 48 hours.

7Stir gently after 24 hours.

8Heat before serving.
