  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage (any flavor)
  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. Bisquick
  • 10 to 12 oz. cheese, grated (Cheddar or Colby)
  • 3 Tbsp. water

    Grate cheese.

    Add to sausage and Bisquick.

    Mix well.

    Roll into small balls or patties.

    Bake at 325° to 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
