Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 box Bisquick mix

Directions

    Fry sausage in skillet until brown and crumbly.

    Combine sausage with rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Roll into small balls.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375° until lightly browned.

    Serve hot or cold.
