  • 2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 3 loaves frozen bread dough
  • melted butter
  • 1 small can black olives, chopped
  • 1 small jar green olives, chopped
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage and set aside.

    Thaw bread dough.

    Roll each loaf out in rectangular form and coat with melted butter.

    Cover dough with a layer of sausage, olives and cheese.

    Sprinkle with peppers and Parmesan cheese.

    Fold sides up and ends over (jelly roll style) and seal bread.

    Bake on greased pan at 300° for 45 minutes to one hour or until brown.

    Makes three large loaves. They can be refrigerated or frozen until needed.
