- 2 lb. Italian sausage
- 3 loaves frozen bread dough
- melted butter
- 1 small can black olives, chopped
- 1 small jar green olives, chopped
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage and set aside.

2Thaw bread dough.

3Roll each loaf out in rectangular form and coat with melted butter.

4Cover dough with a layer of sausage, olives and cheese.

5Sprinkle with peppers and Parmesan cheese.

6Fold sides up and ends over (jelly roll style) and seal bread.

7Bake on greased pan at 300° for 45 minutes to one hour or until brown.

8Makes three large loaves. They can be refrigerated or frozen until needed.
