  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. grated cheese

    Brown sausage and onion.

    Drain well.

    Combine egg, cornmeal, corn, milk and oil.
