  • 1 lb. Jimmy Dean or bulk sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 2 c. canned milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pie crusts

Directions

    Brown sausage; add bell pepper and onion to sausage.

    Cook until tender.

    Drain well.

    Mix eggs and milk; beat well.

    Pour 1/2 of the sausage mixture into each pie shell.

    Top with 1/2 of the cheese.

    Divide the egg and milk mixture and pour into the pie shells.

    Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

    Freezes well.
