- 1 puff pastry rectangular
- 1 package sausage sliced
- 1 egg yolk
- sesame seeds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Line a baking sheet with non-stick mat, or parchment paper, and set aside.

3Spread out the puff pastry, and cut in half lengthwise.

4On each half of the dough, evenly distribute the sausage slices.

5Roll up each half, and cut in 3 centimeter thick slices.

6Brush the surface with beaten egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7Place in on a baking tray, and bake for about 25 minutes, or until dough is golden.

8Remove from oven, and let cool.
