Sausage Rolls

  • 1 puff pastry rectangular
  • 1 package sausage sliced
  • 1 egg yolk
  • sesame seeds

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Line a baking sheet with non-stick mat, or parchment paper, and set aside.

    Spread out the puff pastry, and cut in half lengthwise.
  4. 4
    On each half of the dough, evenly distribute the sausage slices.

    Roll up each half, and cut in 3 centimeter thick slices.

    Brush the surface with beaten egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Place in on a baking tray, and bake for about 25 minutes, or until dough is golden.

    Remove from oven, and let cool.
