- 4 c. Bisquick
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. mild sausage
Directions

1Let sausage get to room temperature.

2Mix Bisquick, butter and milk.

3Divide dough in half and roll out on floured surface. Spread rolled dough with half of sausage.

4Roll sausage and dough mixture like a jelly roll.

5Wrap in wax paper, freeze about an hour and slice thin.

6May freeze in roll or slices.

7Bake at 400° until golden brown.

8Makes 2 rolls.
