  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise.

    Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cook 1 pound sausage and 1/2 cup chopped onions until tender.

    Pour over biscuit mix.

    Mix cheese, egg and mayonnaise.

    Put on top of sausage mixture.

    Bake at 350° until slightly brown.
