Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked crumbled sausage
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1 pkg. fresh or frozen won ton wrappers
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease mini muffin tins and press 1 wrapper in each cup.

3Brush with oil.

4Bake 5 minutes or until golden.

5Cook sausage and crumble; blot dry.

6Combine with cheeses, olives, red pepper and salad dressing.

7Fill wrappers with sausage mixture.

8Bake 5 minutes or until bubbly.

9Makes 4 to 5 dozen.

10Wrappers can be made a day ahead and I kept sausage mixture for a few days.
