- 1 lb. roll sausage
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. onions, diced
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. chicken broth or bouillon (College Inn chicken broth)
- 2 pkg. bread crumbs
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Fry sausage first and pour off grease.

2Melt margarine, saute celery, onions and parsley.

3Add sausage, stock and eggs.

4Mix together.

5Stuff bird or bake in covered casserole dish.

6Bake at 350°.
