  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 2 pkg. corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz. each)
