- 1 1/2 lb. scallops
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

2scallops and set aside.

3Melt 1/2 the butter.
