- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 sliced summer squash
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. broccoli pieces
- fresh tomato slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1In frypan saute vegetables except the tomatoes in oil.

2When they become soft, add butter, tomatoes and salt and pepper.

3Saute a little longer and serve.
