  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cup jam, jelly or preserves
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • PLANTERS Almonds

    Split ladyfingers; spread with jam.

    Reassemble and stand around side of 1-quart bowl.

    Combine orange juice and rum; slowly drizzle over ladyfingers.

    Set aside.

    Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.

    Pour into prepared bowl; cover.

    Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

    Spread or pipe whipped cream around edge of pudding; sprinkle with almonds.
