- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 1/4 c. Minute instant brown rice
Directions

1Melt margarine in large skillet.

2Add onions and mushrooms. Cook and stir until onions are tender.

3Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and add to onion mixture.

4Bring to boil.

5Stir in rice; simmer 5 minutes.

6Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
