Savory Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Wyler's beef instant bouillon
- 1 (16 oz.) jar peach preserves
- 1 (12 oz.) jar Bennett's chili sauce or your brand
- 1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. onion soup and dip mix
Directions

1In large bowl, combine meat, water chestnuts, eggs, bread crumbs and bouillon.

2Mix well.

3Shape into 1 1/4-inch meatballs. In large skillet, brown meatballs.

4Remove meatballs from skillet; discard fat.

5In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients. Over low heat, cook and stir 5 minutes.

6Add meatballs; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

7Serve hot.

8Refrigerate any leftovers. Ummmm - good!
