- 8 slices cold cooked ham
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. minced parsley
- 2 tsp. minced green pepper
Directions

1Slice ham rather thin and blend all remaining ingredients. Place one slice of ham in a deep dish.

2Cover with a spoonful of the seasoning and proceed in this way until all ingredients are used.

3Set aside 2 hours to marinate.

4Remove ham from dish and saute in a little margarine.

5Heat the seasonings used to marinate in what butter remains in the pan and pour over the ham.

6Serve very hot.
