  • 4 c. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped herbs: rosemary, sage or thyme
  • 1/2 c. warm water

Directions

    Place all ingredients except water in food processor, using pulse setting.

    Slowly add water until dough forms a sticky ball. Roll out on a floured board to about 1/8-inch thick.

    Cut into squares or rounds and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Prick well and bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.

    Cool on rack.

    Can be frozen.
