- 4 c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped herbs: rosemary, sage or thyme
- 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Place all ingredients except water in food processor, using pulse setting.

2Slowly add water until dough forms a sticky ball. Roll out on a floured board to about 1/8-inch thick.

3Cut into squares or rounds and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Prick well and bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.

5Cool on rack.

6Can be frozen.
