- 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 3/4 c. oats, uncooked
- 2/3 c. chopped, peeled apple
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. crushed basil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 large can peach halves, well drained
Directions

1Combine all but peaches and mix well.

2Place peach halves on bottom of 6 cup mold (Bundt pan) and then pack sausage into pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

3Invert mold on absorbent paper.

4Do not remove pan.

5Let stand until grease is all drained out.

6Invert onto serving dish.
