  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 3/4 c. oats, uncooked
  • 2/3 c. chopped, peeled apple
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. crushed basil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 large can peach halves, well drained

    Combine all but peaches and mix well.

    Place peach halves on bottom of 6 cup mold (Bundt pan) and then pack sausage into pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Invert mold on absorbent paper.

    Do not remove pan.

    Let stand until grease is all drained out.

    Invert onto serving dish.
