- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 clove garlic, cut
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- few grains cayenne
- flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Rub the bottom and sides of a shallow baking dish or pie pan with the garlic; add half the melted butter and swish around. Arrange the scallops in the dish, season with salt, pepper and a little cayenne.

2Dust slightly with flour and paprika.

3Pour remaining butter over scallops.

4Cook under boiler for 10 minutes or until golden.
