- 1 head cabbage
- 1 cup cabbage juice
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs beaten
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook cabbage 15 minutes.

2Reserve 1 cup liquid, beat eggs. Add milk, nutmeg, salt, 1 cup liquid and pepper.

3Mix all together.

4Put in buttered baking dish.

5Bake at 300° until set (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
