  • 12 crackers (quarter size), crushed
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can cream corn
  • pinch of salt
  • 10 crackers on top, crushed
  • butter
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix crackers, milk, eggs, salt and cream corn.

    Add crackers on top.

    Dot with butter and paprika.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325° or 350°.

    Double batch will bake for 2 hours.
