  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Use canned or fresh corn.

    Beat eggs; add milk, cream, butter and seasoning to corn.

    Put into greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until firm and browned on top, about 1 hour.
