- cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Use canned or fresh corn.

2Beat eggs; add milk, cream, butter and seasoning to corn.

3Put into greased baking dish.

4Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

5Bake at 350° until firm and browned on top, about 1 hour.
