  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix corn (do not drain) and creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter and Jiffy corn bread mix; mix well.

    Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 60 minutes.
