  • 8 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 8 c. cubed soft bread
  • 4 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies, crushed slightly
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Combine eggs and milk.

    Beat with fork slightly. Add remaining ingredients except cereal and margarine.

    Pour into shallow 10 x 15-inch baking pan.

    Combine cereal and margarine and sprinkle on top.

    (It will puff up.)

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
