- 16 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1 small can corn Niblets, drained
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. coarse salted crackers, crumbled
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Mix Niblets and cream-style corn.

2Place in a shallow buttered casserole.

3Top with cheese and cracker pieces.

4Combine eggs, milk and salt.

5Pour over cracker mixture.

6Pour over melted butter or dot with butter.

7Bake for 50 minutes.
