  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup margarine or 14 cup butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 12 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Butter a 1 quart casserole.

    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine or butter until tender.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into prepared casserole.

    Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
