  • 1 (16.5 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 3 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs

Directions

    Heat corn in milk; stir in beaten egg, cracker crumbs, green pepper, onions, salt and pepper.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
