  • 1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

    Drain corn into baking dish.

    Beat egg in with corn.

    Stir in crumbs.

    Pour milk over and dot top with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until light brown on top.
