- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (canned)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Directions

1Heat milk and corn gradually.

2Stir in egg.

3Add next four ingredients and dash of pepper.

4Mix well.

5Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish.

6Top with buttered crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
