- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 4 eggs
- 6 to 8 slices white bread, broken into bite-size pieces
Directions

1Soften margarine and mix with sugar.

2Add eggs and beat well. Add pineapple and bread.

3Mix well.

4Pour into a greased casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
