  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. milk (approximately)
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • Velveeta cheese (as needed)
  • medium Cheddar cheese (as needed)

Directions

    Peel and slice potatoes in round slices.

    Add onion and salt; boil 10 minutes.

    Cover bottom of dish with milk.

    Drain potato mixture and put in casserole on top of milk.

    Add oleo. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Take out of oven and top with enough Velveeta
