Scalloped Scallops

  • 1 pt. scallops
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Wash and pick over scallops.

    Melt butter. Add crackers and crumbs. Layer crumbs in buttered dish. Cover with scallops and half of the milk. Season with salt and pepper.

    Repeat layer of crumbs, scallops and milk. Cover with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
