- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. mild grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Cook squash; drain.

2Mix all other ingredients together with squash.

3Grease a baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.

4Bake casserole at 350° for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until browned on top.
