- 6 c. tomatoes
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. toasted bread cubes
Directions

1Cook onions and pepper in margarine until tender.

2Peel and cut fresh or canned tomatoes and measure 6 cups.

3Mix with all ingredients except 1/2 cup bread cubes.

4Sprinkle top with remaining bread cubes and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.

5Serves 6.
