- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cheese (American and Cheddar mixed)
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Directions

1Make white sauce of the first 5 ingredients.

2Add cheese. Place 1/2 of the potatoes in a greased casserole (2-quart).

3Cover with 1/2 of onion and 1/2 the sauce.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Uncover and bake 1/2 hour.
