- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 4 oz. olive oil
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. dry white wine
- 2 oz. butter
- 3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. oregano, chopped (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. basil, chopped (fresh)
Directions

1Saute garlic in olive oil.

2Saute scallops until opaque. Drain olive oil.

3Deglaze with wine and lemon juice.

4Add tomatoes, Tabasco, butter and herbs.

5Heat through.

6Serve over angel hair pasta.
