- 1 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 to 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Melt butter in bottom of broiler pan.

2Add shrimp, garlic and green onion.

3Broil 5 to 10 minutes, turning shrimp often until they are pink and curled.

4Remove from broiler.

5Mix in parsley and squeeze fresh lemon over all.

6Serve with rice.

7(If you use one of the boxed rice mixes, the whole shebang only takes about 20 minutes.)

8Scallops can also be used instead of, or in addition to, the shrimp.
