Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery, finely chopped
  • 1 can tiny English peas, drained
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 small can pimento, chopped fine
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    In large bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, oil, water and salt.

    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.

    Drain and serve (save juice).

    What is left can be put back in juice and stored in refrigerator.

    Keeps well.
