Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips (1 c.)
- 1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch chips (1 c.)
- 4 1/2 oz. cashews
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 3 green onions, diced
- 6 leafy stems fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 to 2 jalapenos, diced (if you like it mild, only 1)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1On high heat, place tomatoes and jalapenos directly on stovetop until slightly roasted.

2Remove from heat.

3Peel and slice. Combine with avocados, garlic, onions, cilantro, garlic salt and pepper into a food processor.

4On low speed, blend ingredients until they appear blended into a lumpy texture, not creamy.

5(I prefer to hand mix in a mocahete, which adds just the right authentic flavor!)

6Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping on your favorite Mexican dish!
