- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Break eggs into bowl.

2Add milk, salt and pepper.

3Beat with a fork.

4Put butter or margarine into a 6-inch skillet.

5Put skillet on burner.

6Turn burner to medium-low heat.

7Cook about 1 minute without stirring.

8Stir eggs with spoon.

9Cook just until eggs are dry, stirring a few times.

10Do not stir too much or eggs will be mushy.

11Spoon eggs onto plates.

12Season with salt and pepper.
