  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Mix salt and flour and add milk gradually to form a smooth paste.

    Then add eggs and beat 2 minutes.

    Put in hot greased pan about 1/2-inch deep.

    Bake for 40 minutes at 300° or 20 minutes at 400°.
